Questions about the assistant
What is an AI action?
The assistant’s unit of usage. A simple question costs about one; a request that chains several searches costs more. This month’s counter is visible in Puwapi.
Is my data used to train a model?
No. The provider, Anthropic, processes text in the United States and is contractually committed not to use it to train a model. Email and message summaries are not kept.
Can I stop it from writing?
Yes. In a channel, it only reads. The Claude connector is off by default, and your administrator chooses read-only if they open it.
