Domain name via Puwapi
Puwapi buys and configures your domain name from your account, with no DNS fiddling on your side.
€15 to €20/year depending on the extension (.fr, .com, .shop…). MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and SSL are configured in under 5 minutes.
If you keep your existing domain, a guided wizard sets up the DNS with you, for free.
Professional email
Included in every plan. Each member gets a firstname@yourdomain.com address hosted by Puwapi.
Starter comes with one mailbox. The Business and Scale plans include a mailbox for every member of the team.
Marketing SMS
Billed per use: €0.065/SMS in mainland France (indicative rate).
For large volumes, contact us for a tiered rate.
Additional AI actions
AI is included in every plan, with a monthly quota of actions. One action corresponds to one generation.
Beyond the quota: €10 for 200 additional actions, valid for the current month.
We never bill an overage automatically. When your quota is reached, we offer you the pack.

What is included in my plan?
Everything. Every plan gives access to all Puwapi modules. Plans differ by their limits (number of users, locations, client and invoice volumes) and by the level of support.
How does the included AI work?
AI is included in every plan, with a monthly quota of actions that depends on the plan: 100 on Starter, 1,000 on Business, 5,000 on Scale and custom on Enterprise. One action corresponds to one generation. If you reach your quota, you can buy a pack of 200 additional actions for €10, valid for the current month. We never bill an overage automatically: you will never receive a surprise invoice.
What are the Kiosks and Store options for?
They are two flat-rate business options that add on to any plan. “Kiosks & Orders” (€79/month per location) equips a point of sale with self-service kiosks and a kitchen display. “Online Store” (€49/month) opens an e-commerce store with catalogue, stock and orders. Their capacities follow your plan.
Can I change plan mid-subscription?
Yes, at any time. If you move up, the extra cost is prorated immediately. If you move down, the new plan applies from the next cycle.
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
We email you 3 days before it ends. If you don't move to a paid subscription, your account becomes read-only and your data is kept for 30 days. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Are there any setup or activation fees?
No. Opening an account and setting up a standard store carry no extra fee. Only bespoke development, reserved for the Enterprise offer, is quoted separately.
Are prices excl. or incl. VAT?
All prices shown are excl. VAT. French VAT (20%) applies to clients based in France. A VAT invoice is issued to you automatically every month.
I'm a franchise with several locations. How does it work?
The Scale plan covers several locations from a centralised interface. The Kiosks & Orders option is then billed per location. Beyond that, or for specific needs, the Enterprise offer is made for you.
Can I pay annually and save?
Yes. By choosing annual payment, you save the equivalent of 2 months on every plan. Options follow the same logic.
What exactly does the free trial cover?
The trial gives access to every feature of the Business plan for 14 days, with no restrictions and no card required.
