Questions about the bill
What is included in my plan?
Every Puwapi module. Plans differ by their limits (people, locations, volumes) and by the level of support. Quotes, payment reminders and document management start on Business.
Are there any paid add-ons?
Nothing mandatory. You can add storage, e-invoicing documents or AI actions if you go over your quota. An ordering kiosk and an online store are in preparation; they are not available yet.
Can I change plan mid-subscription?
Yes, at any time. If you move up, the extra cost is prorated straight away. If you move down, the new plan applies from the next cycle.
I have several locations. How does it work?
The Scale plan covers several locations from a single workspace, each with its own calendar and legal notices. Beyond that, the Enterprise offer adapts to your organisation.
What does the free trial cover?
The full Business plan for 14 days, with your team, with no restrictions and no card required.
What happens at the end of the 14 days?
We email you three days before. If you do not choose a plan, your workspace becomes read-only and your data is kept for 30 days. Nothing is deleted straight away.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Opening a workspace and getting it running costs nothing extra. Only bespoke development under the Enterprise offer is quoted separately.
Are prices excl. VAT?
Yes. French VAT at 20% is added for businesses based in France, and an invoice is issued to you every month.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, and you save the equivalent of two months on every plan. Add-ons follow the same rule.
How are my client payments collected?
Through Stripe, into your account or by transfer to your IBAN, depending on the mode you choose in your settings. Puwapi takes 0.8% on online payments and nothing on direct debits.
Is Puwapi ready for e-invoicing?
Yes, on every plan. Puwapi goes through an accredited platform, registers your business in the national Directory, sends your invoices in the right format and files your suppliers’ invoices in your expenses.
What is an e-invoicing document?
Anything that goes through the accredited platform: an invoice or credit note you send, the mandatory payment notice, and a supplier invoice you receive. An invoice that is sent and then paid therefore counts as two documents.
How does the included AI work?
Every plan includes a monthly quota of actions: 100 on Starter, 1,000 on Business, 5,000 on Scale. Beyond that, a pack of 200 actions costs €10 for the current month. We never bill an overage without your agreement.
