Puwapi or Tiime, for a business of 1 to 20 people

Tiime brings together invoicing, a business account and bookkeeping prepared with your accounting firm. Puwapi brings together clients, invoicing, projects and teamwork, with mail on your domain and files.

Prices taken on 20 October 2026 from both vendors’ public price lists.

Choose Tiime if you are looking for free invoicing, a business account and a close link with your accountant. Choose Puwapi if you want to manage your clients, your projects and your team in one place, mail and files included, for €79 excl. VAT a month for up to ten people.

  • You track clients, deals and projects, not just invoices
  • You want mail on your domain and team files in the same place
  • Your clients book and pay online
  • Your team talks by message and video, in a tool paid for separately

Tiime will suit you better if

  • You want to invoice for free, e-invoicing included
  • You want a business account, a card and bank reconciliation
  • Your accountant works with Tiime
  • You handle expense reports and mileage allowances

What each tool costs

For the same size, Tiime costs less than Puwapi, and its invoicing is free. The difference lies in what each subscription contains: banking on one side, mail, files and team management on the other.

Move from Tiime to Puwapi in an afternoon

You keep your clients and your items, and your business account stays where it is. Nothing is imported until you have seen what will be created.

  1. 1
    Export your clients

Clients and items, as CSV or Excel, from the tool where you keep them.

  2. 2
    Drop the file into Puwapi

The wizard recognises the columns and shows you the records before creating them.

  3. 3
    Connect your domain

We give you the records to add at your registrar, and each member gets their mailbox.

What people ask us when coming from Tiime

Tiime is free for invoicing, so why pay for Puwapi?

If you only need to invoice, Tiime’s free plan will probably be enough. Puwapi makes sense when you also want to track your clients, projects and support, and give your team mail on your domain, shared files and chat.

Does Puwapi have a business account or bank connection?

No. Puwapi does not open bank accounts and does not reconcile your statements. Your clients can pay an invoice online through a payment link, but tracking your bank and cash flow stays with your bank or with a tool like Tiime.

Will my accountant find their way around?

Puwapi gives them the VAT for the quarter and the FEC export, the file that accounting software imports as it is. There is no dedicated access for the firm and no accounting connector: you send them the export. If your firm already works with Tiime, that direct link is a real advantage worth keeping.
