Frequently asked questions
Do the kiosks work without an internet connection?
No. An internet connection is needed to send orders to the kitchen and process payments. A wired connection is recommended in a restaurant.
What hardware do the kiosks run on?
On any Android tablet. A 15-minute initial setup is enough.
Can I hide an out-of-stock product?
Yes, and instantly: a stockout entered in the back office hides the product on every kiosk in real time.
