Questions about the calendar
Does my Google calendar update on its own?
Yes, through a subscription: Google rereads your Puwapi calendar on its own schedule. In the other direction, an event created in Google does not come back into Puwapi yet.
Can my colleagues see all my events?
No. An event is private or shared with the team, and a calendar is shared with the members you choose.
Can someone without a Puwapi account join the video call?
Yes, if you allow it on the event: anyone with the link can then join the meeting.
