Odoo is a very broad ERP that is often configured with an integrator. Puwapi brings together a small team’s management, mail and files, and is up and running in ten minutes.

Choose Odoo if you need manufacturing, several companies or full accounting, and if an integrator already supports you. Choose Puwapi if your team has fewer than twenty people and wants to be working by tonight, for €79 excl. VAT a month for ten, mail and files included.

What people ask us when coming from Odoo
Can I keep Odoo for accounting and Puwapi for the rest?
Yes. You can keep your accounting tool and move client relations, invoicing and teamwork to Puwapi. The FEC export serves as the bridge with your accounting firm.
Are the invoices already issued in Odoo carried over?
No. An issued invoice cannot be re-imported: its numbering belongs to the tool that produced it. You keep your history in Odoo, and Puwapi starts a new sequence.
How long does the migration take?
Importing a few hundred contacts takes a few minutes. Connecting the domain depends on your registrar, usually less than an hour.
