Puwapi takes care of what surrounds the care itself: appointments, the team, email and invoices. It keeps no health data, and you must not entrust any to it.
What Puwapi does for you

What it doesn’t do, or not yet
- No health data: the hosting is not HDS-certified, so no patient record, no reason for the visit, no clinical report
- No Carte Vitale, no electronic treatment form, no direct billing to health insurance
- No teleconsultation: Puwapi’s video calls are not a care tool
- Patients cannot yet reschedule or cancel their appointment on their own

What care practices ask us
Can Puwapi host our patient records?
No. Puwapi’s hosting is not certified for health data (HDS). Records, clinical reports and prescriptions stay in your clinical software. The details are on the Security and GDPR page.
What should we ask patients when they book?
Their name, email address and phone number. Appointment types can ask questions: keep them practical, and never ask for the reason for the visit.
Do patients receive a reminder?
They receive a confirmation by email when they book. There is no automatic reminder the day before yet. An automation can send them a text message as soon as they book, at the text message rate.
Does the calendar connect to our clinical software?
No, there is no connection to clinical software. Your Puwapi calendar can be read from Google, Apple or Outlook through a subscription, but an external calendar does not block your slots.
I am a coach, lawyer or adviser, is this the right page?
