3. Intellectual property

All content on puwapi.com (text, images, logos, graphics, user interface) is the exclusive property of Puwapi or of its content providers, and is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

The “Puwapi” trademark and associated logo are the subject of a pending filing with the INPI (French trademark office).

4. Personal data - data controller

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, users of the site have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict, port and erase their personal data.

Data collected through the site (contact form, free trial sign-up) is used solely to provide the service and manage the commercial relationship. It is never sold to third parties. Retention periods are detailed in the privacy policy.

5. Cookies and trackers

puwapi.com sets no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics cookie and no social network tracker. It makes no request to any third-party server: fonts are served from our own servers and social links are plain links, with no widget or pixel. No consent banner is therefore required: every tracker listed below is strictly necessary for the service to work or remembers your display preferences, and is exempt from consent on that basis (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, CNIL decision no. 2020-091).

We measure site traffic with Open Analytics, open-source software that we host ourselves on our own server (c.oa.puwapi.com). No browsing data is sent to any third-party processor, nor outside the European Union. This measurement writes nothing to your device: no cookie, no local storage, no persistent identifier. Your IP address is used only, for the duration of the request, to derive a country and a city and to compute a hashed statistical identifier that changes every day; it is never stored. No advertising profile is built and no cross-site tracking is possible. This measurement rests on our legitimate interest in knowing how our pages are visited (article 6(1)(f) GDPR); as it writes nothing to your device, it does not require your consent. The Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser are honoured: when either is on, no measurement takes place.

puwapi-staySet by puwapi.com (first-party cookie). Set if you ask to browse the marketing site while signed in, so that you are not sent back to your customer area. Lifetime: 2 hours.
Session cookiesSet by app.puwapi.com and auth.puwapi.com. Keep your authenticated session open in your customer area. Only set after you sign in. Lifetime: the session, or the validity period of the session if you ask to stay signed in.

You can delete these trackers and block them at any time from your browser settings. Blocking session cookies prevents you from signing in to your customer area.

6. Hyperlinks

Puwapi cannot be held liable for the content of third-party sites linked from its pages. Linking to puwapi.com is permitted without prior agreement, provided the link is not misleading as to the origin of the content and does not associate Puwapi with unlawful content.

7. Applicable law

This site and this legal notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
