Your projects move forward before your eyes. Puwapi Projects module for teams running jobs.

Kanban, calendar or list: every task carries its project number and is tracked from the first brief to delivery. Link a GitHub issue, it closes on its own.

A backlog split between a spreadsheet and everyone's memory

One tool for tasks, a spreadsheet for the schedule, a conversation that becomes the source of truth: no one knows who's doing what or where the project really stands. The Projects module brings Kanban, calendar and list together in one place, with clear per-project numbering.

How it works

  1. You create a project

A short key (WEB, APP…) and every task gets its number: WEB-1, WEB-2…

  2. Your team organises the work

Drag tasks between Kanban columns, across the calendar or in the list, whichever suits you best.

  3. GitHub stays in sync

Link or create a GitHub issue from a task; when it closes, the task moves to done automatically.

Everything Projects does

  • Drag-and-drop Kanban

Move a task from one column to the next in a single gesture, status updated for the whole team.

  • Calendar view

See due dates and move a date directly on the calendar.

  • List view

Every task sortable by status, due date or owner.

  • Automatic per-project numbering

Each task gets a unique reference (WEB-1, WEB-2…) specific to its project.

  • GitHub integration

Link or create an issue from a task; its state syncs automatically (open, closed).

  • Connected forms

A form submission can create a task automatically, no re-entry.

Connected to the rest of the platform

A form submission creates a task directly in the target project, no re-entry. Every task is tied to the same client record as the Hub CRM, and a GitHub webhook automatically closes a task linked to an issue. The Projects module is included in every plan.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does the Projects module replace Trello or Jira?

Yes, with the advantage that your tasks stay connected to the rest of the platform: CRM, forms, GitHub.

  • Can I number my projects like in Jira?

Yes. Each project has its own key (WEB, APP…) and its tasks are numbered automatically in order: WEB-1, WEB-2…

  • Does a closed GitHub issue reflect automatically?

Yes. Once the issue is linked, the task changes status as soon as the issue is closed or reopened on GitHub.

  • Is the Projects module included in my subscription?

Yes. It's included in every plan, from the Starter plan.
