Questions about projects
Can I import my tasks from another tool?
Yes, from an Excel or CSV file. The project key is kept and tasks are numbered in sequence.
Can my client see my internal notes?
No. They only see the phases, the updates and the items you mark as visible.
Are tasks and support kept separate?
Yes. A support queue is a separate project, with its own columns and a measured response time.
