A booking made online lands in your calendar and creates the customer record. Once attended, it credits their loyalty points.

What it doesn’t do, or not yet
- No automatic reminder the day before yet: customers receive their confirmation by email when they book
- Customers cannot yet reschedule or cancel their appointment on their own
- The till on iPhone and iPad is in testing: to take payment in the salon, you keep your card terminal
- A Google or Apple calendar does not block your slots yet: only the Puwapi calendar does

What salons ask us
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They book from the salon’s page, in their browser, and open their loyalty card by scanning a QR code. They leave their name and email address, without creating an account.
Can each stylist have their own hours?
Yes, on their personal page: each one sets their hours and their services there. The salon’s page follows your opening hours.
What can I do about no-shows?
You can have the service paid online at booking, and refund it from the appointment if it is cancelled. An appointment marked as a no-show can also trigger an automation, such as a text message to the customer.
I work on my own, which plan should I choose?
The Starter plan, at €29 excl. VAT a month, includes one booking calendar and 500 loyalty customers. The details are on the Pricing page.
