There is nothing to pick: your plan includes every module. A practice will mostly use appointments, an agency will lean on projects and invoicing, and the other modules stay available the day you need them. The add-ons (storage, e-invoicing documents, AI actions) only matter beyond your plan’s quotas.

Yes, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. You cancel from your workspace, and your data can still be exported before the account closes.

Nothing mandatory. You can add storage, e-invoicing documents or AI actions if you go beyond your quota. A summary invoice is sent to you each month, with a line-by-line breakdown.

Yes, automatically. Prices are excl. VAT, French VAT at 20% is added for businesses based in France, and an invoice is available in your workspace every month.

Yes. The Starter plan, at €29 excl. VAT a month, is made for getting started on your own and opens every module. Quotes and payment reminders start with Business.

In the European Union: the application and its databases in Munich, with Contabo, the files and backups in Paris, with Scaleway. Only what you write to the AI assistant, which is optional, is processed in the United States. The details are on the Security and GDPR page.

Yes. Connections are encrypted, two-factor authentication is available for every account, and an encrypted backup is made every night. Every business is isolated: no other Puwapi user has any access to your data.

You can export all your data (clients, invoices, appointments, history) from your workspace at any time, in CSV or JSON format.

Yes. Puwapi acts as a processor: you remain the controller of your clients’ data. The data processing agreement can be read at puwapi.com/dpa.

Yes. You can delete a client record at any time. The data is erased within 30 days of the request.

For the vast majority of cases, yes, with the added benefit that your appointments go straight onto the client’s record. Calendly doesn’t know who your client is, Puwapi does.

Yes. Every member of your team gets a mailbox on your domain, in the form firstname@yourdomain.com. You can also create generic addresses such as contact@ or booking@.

Ask in plain English: it looks up a client, creates a task or books an appointment. It only opens what your role allows, including from Claude through the connector, which is off by default. See the Assistant and Claude page.

Small businesses and SMEs will have to issue their e-invoices through an approved platform. Since 1 September 2026, every business already has to be able to receive them. The full timeline is on the E-invoicing 2027 page.

Your business must be listed in the Directory. Puwapi registers you from your settings, with your location’s details.

60 documents a month on Starter, 300 on Business and 1,200 on Scale. Beyond that, you add a block of 100 documents for €12 a month. Nothing is billed automatically for going over.

Yes, by subscription: your Puwapi calendar is added to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar with an address you copy from your settings.
