Do I have to take every module?

No, and there is nothing to pick: your plan includes every module. A hair salon will mostly use Appointments and Loyalty, an agency will lean on Projects and Invoicing, and the other modules stay available the day you need them. Only the Kiosks and Online store options are added separately.

You get every feature of the Business plan for 14 days, with no restrictions. No card is required at sign-up. At the end of the trial, your account becomes read-only if you don't choose a subscription, and your data is kept for 30 days.

How long does setup take?

Depending on the module, between 10 and 45 minutes. The Appointments module is up and running in about twenty minutes, with a booking link your clients can use right away. More complex modules (Kiosks, E-commerce) may need a few hours to set up the catalogue.

Do I have to install anything?

No. Puwapi is 100% online. Nothing to install on your computer. The ordering kiosks run on any Android tablet (a 15-minute initial setup is enough).

Yes. The Hub and the management modules work from any mobile browser. The client loyalty app is available on iOS and Android.

Yes, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling takes 2 clicks from your account. You can export your data before the account closes.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name with VAT?

Yes, automatically. French VAT (20%) applies to clients based in France. A PDF invoice is available in your account every month.

Yes. Mail data is encrypted at rest (AES-256). Access is protected by two-factor authentication for administrators. Every client is isolated: no other Puwapi user has any access to your data.

You can export all your data (clients, invoices, appointments, history) from your account at any time, in CSV or JSON format.

Is Puwapi GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Your client data is processed in line with GDPR. Puwapi acts as a processor; you remain the controller of your client data. A DPA is available on request for Business plans and above.

Can my clients ask to have their data deleted?

Yes. You can delete a client profile from the Hub at any time. The data is erased within 30 days of the request.

Does the Appointments module replace Calendly?

For the vast majority of cases, yes, with the added benefit that your appointments flow straight into your Puwapi CRM and analytics. Calendly doesn't know who your client is, Puwapi does.

Do the kiosks work without an internet connection?

No. The kiosks need an internet connection to send orders to the kitchen and process payments. We recommend a wired connection for kiosks in a restaurant setting.

Is the loyalty app in my logo or Puwapi's?

In your logo and colours. The loyalty app is white-label, so your clients don't see Puwapi.

Can I have several professional email addresses?

Yes. With the Office Suite, every team member gets a firstname@yourdomain.com address. You can also create generic addresses (contact@, booking@).
