Puwapi or Axonaut, for a team of 1 to 20 people
Axonaut handles the sales, banking and cash flow of a small business. Puwapi handles sales and teamwork, with mail on your domain, files and team chat in the same subscription.
Prices taken on 16 October 2026 from both vendors’ public price lists.
Choose Axonaut if your priority is banking, cash flow and reminders for unpaid invoices that go out on their own, and if your mail and files already live elsewhere. Choose Puwapi if you also want team chat, mail on your domain and shared files, for €79 excl. VAT a month for up to ten people.
Puwapi will suit you if
- You want mail on your domain and team files in the same place
- Your team talks by message and video, in a tool paid for separately
- You are between five and ten people, and want a price that does not change with every new arrival
- Your clients book and pay online
Axonaut will suit you better if
- You want a business account and cards linked to your management tool
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasting come before everything else
- You want quote and unpaid invoice reminders to go out on their own
- You bill for time spent, with timesheets
The price by team size
Axonaut is billed per user, and costs less when you commit for one to three years. Puwapi is billed per company. For one person, Puwapi costs less. From two to four people, Axonaut on a commitment comes to the same price or less. From five to ten, the advantage goes back to Puwapi. Beyond that, Puwapi moves to Scale and Axonaut on a commitment becomes cheaper again.
Business plan, up to ten people.
Monthly subscriptions excluding VAT, first user included in Axonaut’s price. This does not count the team chat, video or team storage you have to add to Axonaut, which are already included with Puwapi.
Beyond nine employees, Axonaut offers a quote-based plan with onboarding support: the calculation extends its public price list.
Where each tool stops
Both tools cover far more than invoicing. They do not draw the line in the same place.

What people ask us when coming from Axonaut
Can I keep Axonaut for banking and Puwapi for the rest?
Yes, but you would then invoice in two places. If cash flow and the business account matter most, keep Axonaut and take Puwapi for mail, files and team chat. Otherwise, choose a single tool for your invoices.
Are the invoices already issued in Axonaut carried over?
No. An issued invoice cannot be re-imported: its numbering belongs to the tool that produced it. You keep your history in Axonaut, and Puwapi starts a new sequence.
Will my accountant find their way around?
Puwapi gives them the VAT for the quarter and the FEC export, the file that accounting software imports as it is. They do not have a dedicated login in Puwapi as they do in Axonaut: you send them the export.
