Questions about accounts and access
What happens when someone leaves the company?
You remove them from the organisation in your settings. Their current sessions are closed straight away, across every module, without waiting for them to expire.
Can I make two-factor authentication mandatory?
Yes. An administrator can require it for the whole organisation. Saving signs nobody out: members who have not set it up yet enrol at their next sign-in. The full list of protections is on the Security and GDPR page.
Can one account be used in two companies?
Yes. A consultant or an accountant can belong to several organisations and switch between them. Their data stays separate.
