Choose Sellsy if your business is selling in volume, with reminders that go out on their own, electronic signature of quotes and entries sent straight to your accounting firm. Choose Puwapi if you also want your team’s mail, shared files and chat, for €79 excl. VAT a month for up to ten people.
Puwapi will suit you if

What Sellsy costs for your team
Sellsy is billed per user, with a twelve-month commitment. Puwapi is billed per company, with no commitment. Move the slider: the gap grows with every person you add.

What people ask us when coming from Sellsy
Can I keep Sellsy for sales and Puwapi for the rest?
Yes, but you would then invoice in two places, and the two tools do not talk to each other. If your sales cycle and your accounting connectors matter most, keep Sellsy and take Puwapi for your team’s mail, files and chat. Otherwise, choose a single tool for your quotes and invoices.
Are the invoices already issued in Sellsy carried over?
No. An issued invoice cannot be re-imported: its numbering belongs to the tool that produced it. You keep your history in Sellsy, and Puwapi starts a new sequence.
Will my accountant find their way around?
Puwapi gives them the VAT for the quarter and the FEC export, the file that accounting software imports as it is. Puwapi does not, however, have any accounting connector: where Sellsy sends your entries straight to several accounting firm tools, with Puwapi you send the export.
