Henrri is quote and invoicing software, free in its basic plan. Puwapi brings together invoicing, clients, projects and teamwork, with mail on your domain and files.

Choose Henrri if you only want to make your quotes and invoices, without paying, or if you often bill deposits. Choose Puwapi if you also want to manage your clients, your projects and your team in one place, mail and files included, for €79 excl. VAT a month for up to ten people.

The price by team size
Henrri does not count users: its price list announces them as unlimited in every plan, the free one included. It therefore costs less than Puwapi at every size. The difference should be judged on what each subscription contains.

What people ask us when coming from Henrri
Henrri is free, so why pay for Puwapi?
If you work alone and only need quotes and invoices, Henrri’s free plan will probably be enough. Puwapi makes sense when you also want a CRM, projects, client support and online booking, and for your team mail on your domain, files and chat.
Does Puwapi handle deposits and recurring invoices?
Not deposits: Puwapi supports neither partial payments nor deposit invoices. If you often invoice in several instalments, Henrri, which offers them from its free plan, is a better fit.
Are the invoices already issued in Henrri carried over?
No. An issued invoice cannot be re-imported: its numbering belongs to the tool that produced it. You keep your history in Henrri, and Puwapi starts a new sequence.
