Each member writes from their mailbox on mail.puwapi.com, schedules a message or snoozes one until later. Your website or software can send through the same platform, with an API key.

Puwapi runs its own mail server. Your mailboxes, your sending and its status live in the same workspace as your clients and your invoices.

What the module does
Scheduled sending
Up to thirty days ahead, with a few seconds to cancel a message, even with the tab closed.
Snooze
The message leaves the mailbox and comes back unread at the time you choose.
Notes and templates
A private note on a message, and your own reusable subject and text templates.
Keyboard and labels
A command palette, keyboard shortcuts and labels to filter the mailbox.
Sending API
A key shown only once, to send from a verified domain in your workspace.

Questions about email
Can I send from an address that is not on my domain?
No. The API only accepts a sender address on a verified domain in your workspace, which stops anyone writing in your name from another domain.
Does a scheduled message go out if I close my browser?
Yes. The decision to send is kept on our servers, not in your tab, and you can cancel it until it goes.
What happens if a message fails for a moment?
It stays in a queue and goes out again on its own, with several retries. Its status is shown in the module’s Messages tab.
