EBP does not publish its prices: ACTIV, PRO and ELITE are on quotation, ACTIV including one user and one company, and the multi-user version has to be requested from the publisher. If your accountant works with EBP
Many accounting firms use EBP software. Moving sales management to Puwapi does not change their work: they receive the FEC export and the quarterly VAT, as from any other software. If, on the other hand, you want accounting, payroll and sales management from the same publisher as your firm, stay with EBP.

What people ask us when coming from EBP
Can I keep EBP Accounting and move sales management to Puwapi?
Yes. Puwapi produces the VAT for the quarter and the FEC export, the file that accounting software imports. There is no direct connector between the two: you pass the export on, to your accounting firm or into your accounting software.
Do I need to install Puwapi?
No. Puwapi runs in the browser. Desktop apps for Windows and macOS exist for synced files and team chat, but they are optional.
Do my EBP clients and items import?
Yes. EBP exports them as CSV or Excel, and Puwapi recognises the file’s columns and shows each record before creating it. Invoices already issued stay in EBP: their numbering belongs to the tool that produced them.
What about e-invoicing?
Both are ready. EBP builds an approved platform into its range, and Puwapi is connected to an approved platform, with sending and receiving included in the subscription.
