A Calendly alternative that knows who your clients are
Calendly schedules meetings, and does it very well. Puwapi takes bookings for a business that has clients: the booking creates the client record, is paid online and joins the team calendar, next to quotes and invoices.

The verdict in short
Choose Calendly if you mostly schedule meetings and want automatic reminders, a link to your Google or Outlook calendar and many integrations, for little or nothing. Choose Puwapi if the booking is part of the client relationship, with the record, the payment and the invoice in one place, for €79 excl. VAT a month for up to five calendars, the rest of the suite included.

The price
Calendly is billed per seat, that is per person who receives bookings, and its free plan is enough for a single appointment type. Puwapi is billed per company, based on the number of booking calendars. For booking alone, Calendly costs less: Puwapi’s price includes invoicing, the CRM, email and files.

What Puwapi does not do
The client cannot move or cancel their booking from the page: they contact you. Puwapi sends no reminder to the client before the appointment. And a Google or Outlook calendar does not block your slots; only events in your Puwapi calendar do. If any of these is essential to you, Calendly is the better choice today.

What people ask us when coming from Calendly
Does Puwapi send reminders to my clients?
No. The client receives their confirmation, with the video link if there is one, but no reminder before the appointment. It is the team member who is notified in Puwapi, an hour and a quarter of an hour before. If client reminders matter to you, Calendly sends them from its Standard plan.
Can my clients pay when they book?
Yes. The full price of the service is paid by card at booking, required or left to the client depending on your settings, and refunded from the appointment if it is cancelled. Puwapi takes 0.8% on online payments.
Does Puwapi sync with Google Calendar?
In one direction only. Your Puwapi calendar can be read from Google, Apple or Outlook through a subscription, read-only. Events in your Puwapi calendar block your slots, but a Google or Outlook calendar does not.
Can each team member have their own page?
Yes. Each member turns on their page and chooses their handle, their hours and their appointment types. The Starter plan has one booking calendar, Business five, Scale as many as you want.
